• Process incoming invoices in SAP using xSuite (OCR) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and resolve any discrepancies in cooperation with buyers.
• Support buyers with PO-related inquiries and assist in resolving invoice issues.
• Communicate with suppliers to clarify invoice or payment-related questions.
• Assist in preparing weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate any inconsistencies.
• Issue customer account statements and respond to inquiries or disputes.
• Accurately allocate incoming payments to the correct invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions and support the management of outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient receivables processes.
  
  

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analogous or similar position
• Excellent English language, both written and verbal
• IT Knowledge: Microsoft Office, excel, SAP , etc.
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in an international team
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Very good organizational skills and attention to details
