Polish branch in Tajecina near Rzeszow is an integral part of the entire value chain, from engineering and technology (production engineering as well as design, analysis, project management, materials engineering) to production, assembly and repair.
Your responsibilities
- Development of machine models, digital twins for virtual collision simulation of machining processes (RunMyVirtualMachine, NX CSE, Vericut)
- Independent modeling of complete machining simulation models for different departments in MTU,
- Creating tool assemblies for programming departments in Teamcenter MRL
- Participation in interdisciplinary teams and execution of project tasks,
- Close cooperation with different teams and sharing of methods and best practices,
- Cooperation and regular technical reporting to MTU Munich, Germany.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of NC-programing (DIN 66025), advanced programming with Siemens Sinumerik
- In-depth CAD/CAM knowledge (APT, EXAPT, NX-CAM, Vericut)
- Experiences in production processes
- Knowledge in PLM (Teamcenter, MRL)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation,
- Openness to qualification training in Munich,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a virtual team,
- Ability to work independently in an international environment,
- Reediness to participate in qualification trainings and business trips in Munich.
- Very good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
