Your responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing consulting projects in the area of master data management with our business partners at all our locations in Germany, Europe (Poland and Serbia), North America (USA and Canada), and Asia (China)
• Continuously developing and optimizing our business processes with a focus on innovation and digital solutions
• Sub-project management lead throughout the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering/analysis and design to implementation in SAP systems
• Management of the respective sub-project teams, consisting of both internal colleagues and external partners
• Independent preparation and implementation of workshops for brainstorming and solution design
• Reviewing developed solutions for feasibility and integrability into the existing process and IT system landscape together with our business partners
• Support and troubleshooting in productive operation
• Initial focus is on harmonizing business partners, material master data, and financial master data and transferring them to a new system, including processes and interfaces to be defined from the ERP

Our requirements:

• Successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in master data management, specifically in at least one of the following areas: manufacturing, purchasing, sales, finance, or materials
• SAP experience and technical affinity for data migration, mass processing, and data distribution under S/4
• Desirable knowledge of master data/organizational data management in the industrial or aerospace environment
• SAP MDM/MDG knowledge or knowledge of comparable products is an advantage
• Process understanding and SAP system knowledge in manufacturing, purchasing, sales, finance, or materials
• Motivation and self-drive to continuously improve the business processes of our business partners
• Process-oriented, integrative thinking and acting with a view to the overall optimum for business processes in master/organizational data management
• The ability to logically analyze complex tasks and pursue solutions in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Very good English
