Tasks
- Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status and collect relevant documentation.
- Support inventory monitoring, material planning and basic data analysis.
- Maintain material, supplier and pricing data in SAP.
- Support supplier approval and procurement-related activities in cooperation with relevant functions.
- Prepare basic reports and KPI updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives and participate in meetings, workshops and projects.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Direct Purchasing team.
Requirements
- Final-year student of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, preferably in Economics, Organisational Sciences, or a comparable field
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Conversational level of English
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Motivation and willingness to learn and develop in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain
