HR Intern – Training Department

Join our team as an HR Intern and support the Training Department in organizing impactful training and onboarding experiences for our employees.

As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the preparation, organization, and design of trainings, workshops, and events
• Support the scheduling of training sessions and booking of training rooms according to the agreed timetable
• Enter and maintain training-related data in the HR Information System (HRIS)
• Track training attendance and follow up with participants and instructors from various departments
• Communicate with employees across the organization to coordinate training-related arrangements
• Organize and archive training documentation in line with established procedures
• Assist in the organization and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees
• Participate in HR analytics tasks and support the creation and analysis of HR questionnaires
• Update internal databases with employee information
• Organize digital and paper files related to training activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree student

• Fluency in English language

• MS Office

• Motivation for learning and continuous development

• Communication and self-organization skills

• Participation in daily activities in a dynamic work environment
