Tasks
- Works directly with the CFO and is responsible for the functioning of the Company's cost accounting
- Preparation of management reports, standard and ad-hoc
- Provide input for operational planning (short-term, medium-term and long-term)
- Perform standard product costing and ensure standard pricing and cost allocation in the SAP system
- Review the cost center hierarchy and cost sheet on an annual basis and implement any necessary changes
- Collaborate with engineering, production planning and customer support in analyzing workload, TAT, planning and various KPIs and providing comments and recommendations
- Preparation of business analysis to support the decision-making process in the company (cost calculations, analysis of investment projects, analysis of service profitability, support for cost optimization measures)
- Provide input data for sales price calculations
- Documenting and improving processes within Controlling and Internal Controls
- Defining and analyzing cost objects in the SAP system
- Cooperation and financial support to other departments
Requirements
- University degree in finance, economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling using SAP systems, manufacturing in industry, aviation, automotive industry
- Very good knowledge of the control process
- Experience in working with large data sets
- Good knowledge of SAP, especially the FI&CO module
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Accuracy, reliability and dedication to the implementation of assigned tasks
- Good time management and prioritization
- Ability to cooperate within a team
- English (written and fluent oral communication)
