Tasks
- Administration of databases and excel sheets in MEQS department
- Checking of documentation according to predefined templates and routines
- Administration of meeting minutes and task lists for MEQS department
- Writing of reports for multiple purposes in MEQS department
- Following all relevant rulebooks and procedures defined in MTU Serbia
- Active participation in teams meeting related to process improvements / problem solving
- All other tasks defined by direct superior which are in relation to defined area of work and responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Student of technical sciences
- Proficient use of Excel and Word
- Teamwork and analytical approach
- Good English skills in writing and speaking
