Tasks:
- Creating Sales Orders (incl. sharing the invoice with the customer) – Use fees, first month rent, shipping invoices
- Creating Purchase Orders Utilization management (follow up, corrections, introduction letter, severity file creation)
- Credit note processing Invoicing (deposit and first month rent)
- Invoice Check- keeping 4 eyes principle with SLM support
- Responsible for meeting management (presenting screen, update data and capture Meeting Minutes)
- Support Lease Team to create BCs,
- Lease offers or any other analysis as it might be required Engine/Stand
- Lease cockpit update Management of EOL/SOL projects of shipping stands
Requirements:
- University degree in technical or business area
- Project management knowledge
- Intercultural approach in thought and deed
- Analytical mind
- Organizational skills
- Business oriented mindset and outstanding service orientation
- Self-responsibility, high level of commitment, flexibility and ability to cope with pressure
- Eloquent communication skills, diplomacy in customer dealings (open and flexible)
- Excellent English proficiency
- Good IT skills (in particular MS Office)
