Tasks
- Distribution and revision of technical documentation necessary for work on parts, assemblies and components;
- Support the development and implementation of MTU quality management in the context of external and internal requirements;
- Establishing and adhering to procedures and processes related to the subject and area of work;
- Maintaining a central document management system;
- Independent management of internally maintained data;
- Development of detailed key process factors and indicators for process evaluation and improvement.
- Independent planning and implementation of training based on employee qualification requirements.
- Independent implementation of projects in the field of work that he/she represents;
- Representing organizational interests or MTU Maintenance Serbia in internal and external projects, working groups and committees;
- Analysis of all detected non-conformities in the scope of work and definition and implementation of appropriate corrective measures;
- Continuous improvement of the work area in terms of efficiency and process compliance;
- Responsible for coordinating activities related to the technical library both within MTU Serbia and between MTU locations;
Requirements
- University degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management)
- Relevant experience in quality management and documentation
- Knowledge related to working in systems such as MS Office, Teamcenter
- Analytical thinking
- Knowledge of the fields of technical modeling, goal-oriented meetings, presentation techniques, project management
- Organizational skills, assertive approach, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, solution-oriented approach
- English language (written and fluent oral communication)
