Your responsibilities:
- Handling customer orders and ensuring timely processing
- Supporting demand forecasting and planning
- Coordinating shipments and monitoring delivery status
- Processing warranty claims
- Communicating with Supply Chain Managers regarding demand changes, delivery issues, and prioritization
- Reporting to customers on parts status
- Preparing internal and external reports and presentations
- Assisting in engineering change requests and coordinating implementation plans
- Conducting physical inventory counts.
Our requirements:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Technology
- First professional experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical and business concepts
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsFluent English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel; SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus
- Experience in planning, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
