Your responsibilities

As an SAP GTS Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and developing international foreign trade and customs processes within our SAP landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and international projects focused on the implementation, optimization, and harmonization of foreign trade, customs, and export control processes
• Leading and coordinating projects related to SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS)
• Analyzing and optimizing customs compliance, trade control, and logistics integration processes
• Conducting workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders
• Advising business users on solution design and preparing technical concepts and training materials
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborating with development teams during implementation and testing activities
• Configuring and enhancing SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements
• Working closely with international teams and business partners across multiple locations

Our requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Practical experience in SAP consulting and customization, preferably within SAP GT
• Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions in logistics-related areas such as SD, MM, LE, or equivalent modules
• Good understanding of customs processes within inbound and outbound logistics
• Knowledge of export control processes, including sanctioned party screening and product classification
• Strong process-oriented and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within international teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good command of Polish and English (written and spoken)
